When most of the ceramic companies complained that they are getting hard to do business, the top brands, including Wonder Porcelain, Oceano, Monolisa, New Pearl Ceramics, speed up the land purchases in the southwest of China. However, in Jiangxi province, one production base for ceramic tiles of China, the strong get stronger and the weak get weaker. 

It has been revealed that, in the first half of this year, 8 production lines have been installed in Jiangxi. In late March, Bode(in Gao’an Jiangxi) has installed a new production line for rustic tiles. And in 20th May, Bode installed a new production line again, and the daily capacity can reach 15,000㎡. The chairman Cai Fenghua said, Bode has made a good plan for the installation of new production lines. For example, in the last year, it installed a new production line for rustic tiles, while in this year, it installed a new line again. And by the end of May, it plans to build a new production line to produce mid-and-high end tiles.

Zhongpeng Ceramics has installed a production line for wall tiles. The daily capacity of this line can reach 50,000 ㎡, the largest daily capacity in Jiangxi. Huashuo Ceramics and New Zhong Yuan Ceramics have installed the production line for polished tiles and large tiles respectively. 

Apart from increasing production lines, now the ceramic companies in Jiangxi are also keen on renting the production lines of other ceramic companies. For example, Tianlang Ceramics has two production lines for polished glazed tiles. The rents for a line is 16 million ㎡. Now, it has been revealed that Jin Liyuan Ceramics will rent the lines of Tianlang Ceramics. An insider said that, in Jiangxi production base, at least three ceramic companies face the challenges in doing business. Therefore, they are more likely to rent out or sell their production lines to other ceramic companies. 

Until now, in Jiangxi production base, Wonder Porcelain has the largest production capacity with 36 production lines. Pujing Ceramics has 10 production lines, while New Pearl Ceramics has 9 production lines. The assistant general manager of Huashuo Ceramics, Huang Chenzi, said that it is essential to provide the customers with more products and services to stablize the price and the market. In the future, if a ceramic company wants to be a famous brand, it has to be able to produce abundant products first.
