Design Channel More and More Important

Fusen-Noble House in Chengdu has held the first large-scale promotion activity “Home Furnishing EXPO” in February 22 in the beginning of the year. According to the situation there, market sentiment did not reach the expectation of part of merchants. 


An agency of a ceramic brand in Fusen-Noble House introduced that during the two-day activity time, the sales volume of the retailing store has not increase obviously, and the weakness of the market has appeared last year. Some bigger stores will be facing a certain loss, and not a few stores of ceramic brand maintained their considerable part of turnover by the purchasing of the customers accompanied by the decoration companies and designers.

 

According to the survey of some ceramic brand agencies, channel recourses such as decoration companies and designers has become a strategic part for contending, so far the sales volume from those decoration has account for 30%-40% of the overall sales of not a few ceramic brand. 


In the recent years, the market pattern of ceramic retailing in Chengdu has changed, which presents that the sales quota of the channel resource of home decoration and designer gradually increased. So did the home decoration market. The general agency of Jia Jun Ceramics in Chengdu, Mr. zhang Xiangming said, the decoration companies in Chengdu has begun to polarized. On the one hand, some excellent designers have begun to do pure design, establishing designer companies. On the other hand, the “set meal” mode becomes favored by more and more consumers. Part of the home decoration companies has started evolving full decoration. It is estimated that the market shares of the full decoration company has achieved 40%-50%.
