Recently，Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th People's representatives Jingdezhen held in Mass cultural activities center, the mayor Yan Ganhui made the govement work report, requested for the ceramics work arrangements 2014 and developing Building and Sanitary ceramics moderately.

It’s reported that now the land for industry is little and the mining of ceramic raw materials is poor in Jingdezhen ,so the thresholds of bringing the architectural pottery and sanitary pottery to projects should be raised sequentially there, and choosing the business prompts the "appropriate development" very fruitful. At the sametime,“make the National Ceramic Industry Demonstration Base deeply at work, speed on the build of ceramic industrial park, focus on the Ming Fang Garden and other project, ceart a tradional daily used ceramic changing area,higt-tech ceramic gathing area,handmaking ceramic area and tradional ceramic culutre show area,achive the goal to input 17 billion RMB” has bin an importent way to make perfect industry development platform.

2013 was an important year, when the city’s enconomic, projects and society developed continuous, the focus areas reformed fast. ”It estimated that the Gross Domestic Product( GDP) can be 68 billions, will grow 10.2% this year; and total fiscal revenue will be 9.26 billions and will grow 10.2%, ”the person in charg of Municipal Bureau of porcelain said, 2013 Ceramic industrial output was estimated be 24.9 billions.
